Quiet, here too.
The controller.
TheHall is operated by Florian Thess, London, who is the data controller for anything described on this page. For any privacy matter, write to hall@thehall.gallery.
No cookies. No trackers. No analytics.
The halls set no cookies, run no analytics, embed no social widgets, load no advertising, and fingerprint nothing. Fonts, images, sound and code are all served from this domain. Your visit is not measured, profiled or followed — the room does not watch you back.
One address, one purpose.
If you register your email address, it is used for exactly one thing: telling you when a hall opens. The address is stored and mail is sent by our newsletter service, beehiiv Inc. (USA), under beehiiv's privacy policy; this involves transferring the address to the United States. The legal basis is your consent, given when you register. Every message contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing or writing to us removes the address. Nothing else is attached to it.
Letters are letters.
Email sent to hall@thehall.gallery is forwarded through Cloudflare's email routing to our mailbox. It is used to reply to you and kept only as long as the correspondence requires.
Served by Cloudflare.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., whose infrastructure processes technical data — IP addresses and request logs — as needed to serve pages securely and to defend against abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Yours, in full.
Under the UK and EU GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict its processing; take it with you; and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hall@thehall.gallery and it will be done. You may also complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
